Thai Boxing / Muay Thai

Muay Thai or literally Thai boxing is a combat sport from Thailand dating back to the 18th century. The stylistic features of Muay Thai are elbow, knee and clinching techniques. Almost all techniques in Muay Thai use the entire body movement, rotating the hip with each kick, punch, elbow and block. This full contact sport requires a great deal of body conditioning and as a result promotes overall fitness.
