Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport in which two opponents fight under fixed rules using only their fists. The aim is to score as many points by throwing punches or better yet, to knockout the other boxer.
Fighters are usually equipped with padded gloves and are categorized by weight class.
In this sport, the focus is only on punching! It is prohibited to hit below the belt. Kicking, head-butting, using knees, or elbows are forbidden. Boxing requires great stamina, precision and power.

In this course you will learn the technical foundation of classic boxing. Boxing classes take place daily at the Garage Combat Club.
