Brazilian Jui-Jitsu (also known as BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport which promotes physical fitness, character building and a way of life. BJJ focuses on grappling and ground fighting. The concept behind Brazilian Jui-Jitsu is that even a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger and stronger opponent.
